    This is a fantastic Mayfair apartment in a quiet, yet central, location. 1 minute from Regent St, 2 minutes from Oxford St and less than a few hundred metres to the Elizabeth Line station (Bond St) in Hanover Square. The apartment has recently been updated and pretty much everything was brand new and immaculately clean. Yulia was also the perfect hostess. We loved our short stay and look forward to returning soon.

    We loved our stay at Yuliia’s flat – it was just perfect for our family! I can’t say enough about how responsive Yuliia was and how flexible she was in accommodating our arrival and departure. She also gave us a lot of great information. The flat was beautiful and felt very comfortable!

    Very impressed by Yuliia’s space, definitely well taken care of. The pictures provided are 100% accurate and the home itself is squeaky clean. We felt right at home! The location is perfect, with just a short walk away from most things London has to offer. Without a doubt we would come back and stay in the comfort of Yuliia’s home, again and again!

    Yuliia was an amazing host always repsonsive and available. Her apartment is in a great location – easy to get to and a very safe area. Easy to get ubers or cabs or walking distance around central London. The apartment is very contemporary and has lots of light and feeling of space. The bedrooms are very conformal and the bathrooms brilliant as well.

    Comfortable to walk with luggages from Bond Street station. Very accessible from Oxford Circus station. The interior is simple, cheerful & it felt homey. Yuliaa was very helpful & prompt in replying any queries. Thank you for hosting us. It was lovely.

    Both Yuliia and her place were amazing! The location was fabulous and the apartment was spacious, clean and the perfect home base for our trip. There were four of us, and it was very comfortable. Yuliia responded to our questions immediately and was a very gracious host. We’ve already told our friends about this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. If I could give more than 5 stars for the review, I would! Highly recommend!!

    We cover central London, mainly zone 1-2. Locations such as Mayfair, Covent Garden, Belgravia, South Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Westminster, King’s Cross, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Soho.

    How much money can my property generate?

    It depends on the area where the property is located. If you would like more specific information, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me and I will get back to you with an estimate.

    Do you arrange a maintenance team?

    I have a team of proven handymen, electricians, plumbers and gas engineers. By responding to any issues that arise, I ensure that properties are fully ready to accommodate guests.

    Do I pay onboard fees?

    I charge onboarding fees depending on the service required, for instance, if the property needs repairs or is entirely unfurnished.

    How do I get paid?

    The booking platform pays directly to your bank account and I invoice you every month.

    What certificates do I need?

    – Gas certificates
    – Property insurance (Airbnb provides Aircover).

    How do guests collect the keys?

    Lockboxes are available on the premises for a self check-in. If necessary, I will meet guests in person.

    Can I short-let my property all year round?

    Due to the restrictions in London, you can only rent for 90 days on a short let basis. To maximise the revenue, I will promote on corporate let platforms for more than 90 days.
